Switcher Studio: Mobile Live Video Production with Marc Gawith

EPISODE 003 (Switcher Studio)

Popular Mobile Live Video Production App with VP of Sales and Business Development Marc Gawith

Welcome to Episode 003 of the Livestream Deals podcast, I’m Ross Brand. Coming up, you’ll hear from Marc Gawith about the latest developments with Switcher Studio — the new features in Switcher Studio and how Marc is pioneering efforts to bring the live mobile video production app into the enterprise.

If you’ve been around the live streaming community at all, you probably know Marc Gawith from his time with Rightside evangelizing their .Live domains. He’s great at it. I bought a lot of the “new” domains — well, I’ll leave that for another time. Needless to say, I love my RossBrand.Live domain which redirects to the Livestream Universe Facebook page where I most often go live.

Marc is now with Switcher Studio as their VP of Sales and Business Development. I can’t think of a better advocate for this highly popular mobile based live video production software or to bring Switcher’s enterprise solution to global corporations.

As I conversation began, I congratulated Marc on the new gig, which he’s now been in for 6 months and said it was great to see Marc and Switcher combining forces.

Since the interview with Marc, Switcher Studio has released another update. You can find out for information about Switcher Studio 3.8 and all others products featured on our shows on the homepage at LivestreamDeals.com.

It’s on Thursday, July 12th at 7pm ET. Watch it live or catch the replay. RossBrand.Live takes you there.

We have a great guest list for the Facebook show. It’s a podcasting and influence building theme this month. We don’t usually do themes, but with Podcast Movement coming up and podcasting on the rise, it’s seems appropriate: We have 2018 Academy of Podcasters Hall of Fame Inductee Dave Jackson, who will talk about his School of Podcasting. Also on July 12th, Addy Saucedo, the host of the PMx Competition at Podcast Movement, will be discussing The Podcast Planner. Mike Murphy of Mike Murphy Unplugged will join us to talk about his new book, How to Podcast on WordPress.com. And Joie Gharrity shares tips from her 15+ years in Hollywood in her book, The Red Carpet Guide to Visibility and Influence. It’s all on our 1-hour Facebook Live extravaganza on July 12, 7-8pm ET on the Livestream Universe Facebook page. Learn more about all the products on our shows at LivestreamDeals.com.

Subscribe to the LivestreamDeals podcast on Apple Podcasts (we used to call it iTunes). LivestreamDeals.com/iTunes will take you there. Also, we have another new podcast you’ll want to check out. It’s Brand on Broadcasting. Listen at LivestreamUniverse.com/brand-itunes.

Livestream Deals has been a monthly Facebook Live show hosted by Ross Brand of Livestream Universe. Each of those episodes features 4 products or services for live streamers… as well as products of interest to podcasters and online content creators. On the podcast edition, we will focus on one product per episode. Some content will come from our livestream shows and some will be exclusive to the podcast. You can learn more about products featured on the show at https://LivestreamDeals.com.
