Ellis talked about how livestream content creators are streaming their live video shows to multiple platforms using Joicaster as well as the solutions Switchboard.Live offers to producers, brands and developers. Rudy discussed his experiences as part of the Techstars program. He also shared updates on the NAB Conference he was attending in Las Vegas at the time of the interview.

Rudiger “Rudy” J. Ellis is is the CEO and co-founder of Switchboard Live, previously named Joicaster. Rudy has been in various senior leadership roles over the past ten years in both network operations and live streaming services.

Rudy has seen his fair share of live events over the past 10 years including streaming big tech conferences and LA award shows in to ten different YouTube channels, simultaneously.

Switchboard Live is a Techstars backed cloud computing company that helps users manage live and produced video, create workflows, and collaborate with the data they need across video sharing platforms to improve audience engagement and collect business information.
